It's fall here in Denver, and that can only mean 2 things. 1- Football season! 2- the annual slow down of real estate. While some listings make take more days on average to sell than in the summer months, prices should hold steady here in Denver. When you have buyers looking around in the fall and winter months, you know they are serious buyers. Nobody likes to trounce through snow to show houses around Christmas time. The ones that are looking, are serious buyers and you know are in the market for the right reasons! My advice to clients on this chilly fall day, if you are selling your home, be patient. If you are looking to buy a home, less competition will help you find the home of your dreams, and at a price to fit your budget.
